In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jj7777," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at jj7777.org and all services provided thereunder.
• "User," "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or otherwise uses the jj7777 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player to access real-money gaming services on jj7777.
• "Wallet" refers to the digital balance held within a Player's jj7777 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cashable promotional credits, match bonuses, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to an Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to Philippine Peso balances deposited directly by a Player via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PesoNet.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to jj7777 is restricted by law or by jj7777's own operational policies.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing jj7777 from within the Philippines or another jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful for your personal use;
• You are not a resident of or accessing jj7777 from any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of jj7777 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and current;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by jj7777 for any violation of these Terms.

One Account per person is strictly enforced. jj7777 uses identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method tracking to identify duplicate registrations. Any Account found to be a duplicate may be suspended and all associated funds forfeited without prior notice.

KYC verification is required before a Player may process their first withdrawal. jj7777 may request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by jj7777 may result in Account restriction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jj7777 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, Messenger, Viber, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to jj7777 support immediately.

You must notify jj7777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jj7777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

Account sharing — providing your login credentials to another individual — is prohibited. jj7777 reserves the right to suspend any Account found to be accessed by multiple individuals. All wagers placed through your Account, whether by you or an unauthorised user, remain your responsibility.

jj7777 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, Wallet balance, or any Bonus Funds to any other person. Any attempt to do so renders both Accounts subject to permanent suspension.

jj7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. jj7777 does not accept deposits from credit cards issued outside the Philippines or from cryptocurrency wallets.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash and Maya; minimums for bank transfer methods may vary;
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the Wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions;
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day depending on the sending institution;
• jj7777 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees for which jj7777 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and linked to the Account;
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200; maximum withdrawal per transaction is subject to the Player's current Account verification tier;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are processed within 15 minutes under normal conditions;
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days;
• jj7777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or that may implicate anti-money laundering obligations.

jj7777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jj7777 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• Bonus Funds are separated from Real Money Funds in the Wallet. Withdrawals of Real Money Funds may be processed while Bonus Funds are still subject to wagering, though doing so will forfeit any remaining Bonus Funds;
• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes and are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice;
• jj7777 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has exploited a bonus, engaged in irregular play patterns, or participated in a coordinated bonus abuse scheme;
• Each promotional offer is limited to one per Player, household, device, and IP address unless otherwise stated.

All games available on jj7777 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based games, or use live video feeds from licensed third-party studios for live dealer games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are disclosed in the respective game's help or information panel.

By placing a wager on any jj7777 game, you acknowledge that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG or live dealing processes that cannot be influenced by jj7777 or the Player;
• The house edge exists on all games and is disclosed transparently — jj7777 does not manipulate game outcomes;
• Once a bet is confirmed and a game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or reversed;
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live game round, jj7777's recorded server logs shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection and shall govern any dispute resolution;
• jj7777 is not liable for any losses arising from network interruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues outside the platform's control.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jj7777 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jj7777 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false date of birth information;
• Creating more than one Account (duplicate accounts);
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated systems to interact with jj7777 games or the platform in any way;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings from such exploitation are void;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players during live dealer or multiplayer games;
• Attempting to launder money or use jj7777 for any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws;
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposit transactions; any account initiating a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation;
• Using a payment method registered to a third party not associated with the Account holder's KYC-verified identity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jj7777 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the jj7777 platform, including but not limited to the jj7777 name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software code, text, promotional materials, and overall platform design, is the exclusive intellectual property of jj7777 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jj7777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jj7777 content without prior written authorisation;
• Use the jj7777 name, logo, or any affiliated trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any jj7777 software;
• Frame or mirror any part of the jj7777 platform on any other website or application without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jj7777 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your gaming activity, whether attributable to unfavourable game outcomes, your own decisions, or the inherent house edge;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers;
• Loss of data, winnings, or Account progress resulting from technical malfunctions beyond jj7777's reasonable control;
• Any loss caused by your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Where jj7777's liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law, jj7777's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jj7777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Philippine players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, an income source, or a mechanism for recovering previous losses.

jj7777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts when you reach a preset session duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jj7777. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and cannot be lifted early.

jj7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Detection of duplicate Account registration;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, or chargeback abuse;
• Suspected collusion or use of prohibited software tools during gameplay;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for cause, jj7777 may forfeit any remaining Wallet balance, including Real Money Funds, pending regulatory review and compliance obligations. Where an Account is terminated without cause at jj7777's discretion, any remaining Real Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds) shall be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jj7777 support via live chat. Voluntary closure does not entitle the Player to any bonus funds remaining subject to wagering requirements at the time of closure.

jj7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on record at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required for regulatory compliance, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

Continued use of the jj7777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using jj7777 and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of jj7777 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through jj7777's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jj7777 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who wish to escalate unresolved complaints may contact PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
